Public Visibility of Information

Users should be aware that by creating a SafeTag profile, certain information will be publicly accessible to anyone who scans the QR code. This may include:

Medical details (if provided and not hidden by user)

Users have the option to hide allergies and medication information from the public emergency page. However, all other core emergency information remains visible to anyone who scans the QR code. Users are responsible for deciding what information they choose to include in their profile.

Data Accuracy Responsibility

All information entered into SafeTag Pakistan is provided entirely by the user. SafeTag Pakistan does not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of any user-submitted information.

Users are solely responsible for keeping their information accurate, current, and up to date. Outdated or incorrect information could have serious consequences in an emergency — users are encouraged to review their profiles regularly.

Data Storage & Security

SafeTag Pakistan implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect user data, including:

Secure server infrastructure hosted on professional hosting platforms
Access control mechanisms limiting who can view or modify user data
Encryption of sensitive data where applicable
Admin-only access to backend systems and user profiles
